Through our in-house technical services office we can produce the layouts and calculations for your trusses and develop a timber materials list based on your plans. We can also include roof tiles on request.

We also provide a free no –obligation quote to provide all materials on the list.

Services Offered

  • Roof Frame layout and calculations - $150 plus GST
  • Wall Frame layout and calculations - $150 plus GST
  • Floor Frame layout and calculations - $150 plus GST
  • Truss calculations - $100 plus GST
  • Full take off single storey - $270 plus GST
  • Full take off double storey - $400 plus GST
  • Span Check - $175 plus GST

What we will need from you

To provide the best and most accurate service we require a clear set of the latest plans drawn to scale including elevations and sections and also any applicable engineering specifications. We will then contact you to review your plans and requirements.
